Samsung Galaxy S21 FE may support 45W fast charging – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Tech giant Samsung was initially expected to launch the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone at its August Galaxy Unpacked event. However, various online reports suggest that Samsung has pushed the launch of the smartphone due to the global chip shortage.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is now expected to launch in either September or October. Now the yet-to-launch smartphone has received FCC certification. The smartphone has been spotted on the certification website with model number SM-G990U.
The listing on the certification website reveals that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is compatible with two Samsung chargers which come with model number EP-TA800 and EP-TA845. The charger with model number EP-TA800 offers 25W fast charging support, while the charger with model number EP-TA845 supports 45W fast charging.
This means that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE might come with 45W fast charging support. Earlier rumours also suggest that there are chances that Samsung might not include a charger in the box of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE.
Another report revealed that the company is expected to price the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE at KRW 700,000 (Rs 45,900). This means that it could be cheaper than the last year launched Galaxy S20 FE.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (expected specifications)
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is said to feature a 6.4-inch display. The handset is expected to be backed by a 4500mAh battery. The smartphone is said to come in four colour options and sport a triple rear camera.
The upcoming S-series smartphone is expected to come with a central punch-hole display.
