The Samsung Galaxy S23 sports a 6.1-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Vision booster, punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter, and 240Hz Touch Sampling Rate in Game mode. On the other hand, the Galaxy S23 Plus has a 6.6-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz Touch Sampling Rate in Game Mode, and a Vision booster.

Both phones are powered by the overclocked version of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with Adreno GPU. The chipset is paired with 8GB RAM and up to 512GB storage that is further expandable. Both models run on Android 13-based OneUI 5.1 custom skin out of the box.

Moving to optics, the vanilla Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus pack a 50MP primary camera with an LED Flash, f/1.8 aperture, and OIS, a 12MP 120-degree FoV, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. There is a 12MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 packs a 3,900mAh battery with 25W fast charging and the Galaxy S23 Plus has a large 4,700mAh battery with 45W fast charging. There’s Fast Wireless charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The phones also come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

The phones are expected to pack an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
