Samsung is all set to launch its next-generation flagship smartphone series — Galaxy S23 soon. Rumours suggest that Samsung may launch the Galaxy S23 series of smartphones on February 1, 2023. The upcoming Galaxy S23 series is said to consist of three smartphones — Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
The internet is abuzz with leaks and rumours about the upcoming smartphone series. Now a new leak has surfaced online revealing battery capacities of the upcoming smartphones. Popular tispter Ice Universe and revealed the likely battery capacities of Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+.
Samsung Galaxy S23 series likely battery capacities
The tipster reveals that the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ are tipped to sport bigger batteries as compared to their predecessors. The Samsung Galaxy S23 is said to house a 3,900 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support which is 200mAh extra as compared to the Galaxy S22 which packs a 3,700 mAh battery. Whereas, the Galaxy S23+ is tipped to be backed by a 4,700 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is likely to pack a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

All the three Samsung smartphones are said to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and run Android 13 operating system topped with company’s own layer of One UI.

A recent online report revealed that Samsung may have delayed the launch of its upcoming Galaxy S23 series of smartphones. Earlier online reports revealed that Samsung May launch the Galaxy S23 series of smartphones in early February next year.
Now a new report from tipster Anthony (@TheGalox_) suggests Samsung May launch its flagship Galaxy S23 series of smartphones in late February 2023. The tipster adds that the smartphone maker is not able to finalise the pricing of the upcoming smartphones.
