Samsung launches 2021 edition of convertible French door refrigerators, price starts at Rs 89,990 – Times of India

Samsung has expanded its range of French door refrigerators in India with the launch of 2021 3-door convertible refrigerators. The convertible option in French door refrigerators gives freedom to consumers to manage storage space as per their requirement by turning the freezer into fridge through a simple touch of a button, the company says.
Samsung’s 2021 3-door convertible refrigerators come in Stainless Steel and Black Matt finish design. It is offered in two capacities – 579 L with water dispenser and 580 L without water dispenser.
The new refrigerators will be available from today via Samsung online store and select retail stores across the country.
Price and offers
The 580L French Door Refrigerator will be available at a starting price of Rs 89,990.One with 579L capacity can be purchased at Rs 95,990. Buyers can get up to 10% cashback on purchase of the new refrigerators using credit and debit cards of leading banks. They can also avail no-cost EMI and standard EMIs starting at Rs 2,499.
The new refrigerators come with 10-year warranty on the compressor and digital inverter technology that provides up to 50% energy savings.
Features
Samsung French door refrigerators come with Twin CoolingTM Plus technology which cools the fridge and freezer sections separately. It is also said to help stop odors from spreading. The technology also helps one control optimal humidity and temperature to separate the moisture in the fridge from the freezer.
Another feature available is the power cooling option that can help reduce the waiting time when one needs to cool drinks or make ice in a hurry.
The refrigerators come with large crispers with a capacity of 21.7 L each. They are equipped with bigger door bins that can hold 2 L bottles.
The refrigerators also offer convenient freezer storage with two shelves and movable ice-maker. They come with Samsung digital inverter compressor which is claimed to last longer and can save up to 50% energy. The compressor can automatically adjust its speed in response to cooling demand across seven levels, reducing wear and tear.
