Samsung may bring back this feature in Galaxy S22 Ultra

NEW DELHI: Samsung is said to launch the Galaxy S-series of smartphones soon. Samsung is expected to launch the upcoming Galaxy S22 series in January 2022. Now a new online report suggests that the company may bring a 1TB internal storage variant of Galaxy S22 Ultra.

According to an online report by Sammobile, Samsung is planning to introduce a 1TB storage variant of Galaxy S22 Ultra. Samsung released the 1TB variant last in 2019. The company launched the 12GB RAM and 1TB storage variant of Galaxy S10+. With the 1TB storage variant, the company is said to ditch the expandable storage slot from the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The report also adds that the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is also expected to record 8K videos using the primary camera and 4K videos using the front camera.

Samsung Galaxy S22 series: What to expect
The series is rumoured to include Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22+ and top of the line Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra or Samsung Galaxy S22 Note. Samsung Galaxy S22 smartphone will feature a 6.06-inch display.

The Galaxy S22 series will be reportedly powered by the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. On the camera front, the handset is tipped to feature a triple camera setup in the rear consisting of a 50MP primary lens, a 10MP telephoto lens with support for 3x optical zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

At the front, the phone may have a 10MP camera for selfies as seen on Samsung Galaxy S21 and Samsung Galaxy S21+. The handsets may offer up to 45watt wired charging support.
