Expanding its tablet lineup, Samsung has announced its new Galaxy Tab A8. The company claims that Tab A8 is the most streamlined and powerful tablet in the A series lineup.
The latest tablet from the company is designed for education and entertainment purposes and comes with a 10.5-inch display, 7040mAh battery and an octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz.

The Galaxy Tab A8 will be available in Gray, Silver and new Pink Gold in Europe beginning late December and will be available in other regions including the US in January 2022.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8: Features
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 features the company’s signature tablet design and feel. It’s a lightweight tablet featuring a 10.5-inch 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) TFT display with 16:10 aspect ratio and 80% screen-to-body ratio.
Powering the tablet is an octa-core processor paired with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB storage which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.
The Tab A8 comes with quad-speaker setup like the flagship Galaxy Tab S7/S7+ backed by Dolby ATMOS technology.
The latest tablet from the South Korean company comes pre-installed with Samsung TV Plus that offers more than 200 free channels and other on-demand content for users. The tab will also include two month of free YouTube Premium subscription.
It runs Android 11 operating system beneath the One UI custom user interface and is backed by a 7040mAh battery.
In terms of camera, the Galaxy Tab A8 features a single 8MP rear camera and a 5MP camera at the front. It also comes with a new screen recorder feature allowing students, teachers and gamers to record on-screen content.
