Samsung W22 5G launched in China with foldable display and S Pen integration
Samsung has launched the W22 5G phone in China. The handset is a customised variant of Galaxy Z Fold 3 that comes with a tweaked design. It also comes with software-level changes like new themes and wallpapers and lacks Galaxy branding along with Google Mobile Services.
Samsung W22 5G: Price
Samsung W22 5G is priced at CNY 16,999 (approx. Rs 1,98,800). It packs 16GB RAM and has an internal storage capacity of 256GB. The smartphone is up for pre-orders in China and will go on sale on October 22.
It comes in Phantom Black colour along with a textured gold hinge.

Samsung W22 5G comes with similar specs as the original Galaxy Z Fold 3. The smartphone is equipped with a 7.6-inch foldable AMOLED QXGA+ display with 2208 x 1768 pixels resolution. There is also a 6.2-inch HD+ cover display with 832×2,268 pixels resolution.
The handset is powered by an octa-core chipset and packs 16GB RAM. The foldable phone comes with S Pen support. For selfies, it boasts of a 10MP front camera and a 4MP in-display camera.
The rear camera system consists of triple camera sensors. It comes with a 12MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support. The handset houses a 4,400mAh battery and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, Ultra Wideband (UWB), and a USB Type-C port are the connectivity features available on Samsung W22 5G. The device weighs 288 grams. It measures 158.2×67.1x16mm when folded and 158.2×128.1×6.4mm when unfolded.
