The outer display of the coming fifth-generation Galaxy Z Flip may come with a bigger outer display. The analyst suggests that the outer display on the Galaxy Z Flip5 would be enlarged to 3 inches, up from the 1.9-inch outer display of the Galaxy Z Flip4.
However, we do not know what features Samsung would introduce for a bigger outer display. Currently, on the Galaxy Z Flip4, users can use the cover screen majorly for notifications, quick dialing, and as a viewfinder for selfies.
The 3-inch outer display would still be much smaller than the 6.2-inch cover display of the Galaxy Z Fold4 but would be similar in size compared to Motorola’s latest Razr, which has a 2.7-inch cover display.
