Spatial audio and more coming to Pixel phones as part of exclusive Android beta

The first beta of Android 13 QPR2 (Quarterly Platform Release) is currently out for specific Google Pixel models, giving us a sneak peek of features and tweaks that should eventually come to more Android phones.

The phones getting the beta, according to Google’s Android Developer page (opens in new tab), are the Pixel 4 (4a and 4a 5G), Pixel 5 (the base model and 5a), the Pixel 6 series, and the Pixel 7 series. Everything in the beta can be split across two categories: design changes all of the listed Pixel devices will get and features that are exclusive to a few.
