Tecno Pop 5 LTE with 5000mAh battery launched in India: Price, specs and more

NEW DELHI: Tecno Pop 5 LTE is now official in India. Tecno has expanded its entry-level smartphone range with the launch of Tecno Pop 5 LTE in the country. The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery and it offers support for 14 regional languages. The entry-level smartphone houses a dual rear camera and a 5MP front shooter.

Price and availability
Tecno Pop 5 LTE comes with a price tag of Rs 6,299 and it can be purchased online from Amazon India. Customers will be able to purchase the smartphone starting January 16. Customers can purchase the affordable smartphone in Deepsea Luster, Ice Blue, and Turquoise Cyan colour options.

Tecno Pop 5 LTE specifications
Tecno Pop 5 LTE comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ display with 720×1560 pixel resolution. The smartphone runs Android 11 Go Edition operating system topped with the company’s own layer of HiOS 7.6.

The smartphone comes with some features like Vault 2.0, Smart Panel 2.0, Kids Mode, Social, Turbo, Dark themes, Parental control, Digital Wellbeing and more. Along with these features, the smartphone also offers support for 14 Indian languages including Hindi, Bengali, Urdu and more.

Tecno Pop 5 LTE is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone offers 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.

The entry-level smartphone sports a dual rear camera with 8MP main sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone also features a Micro Slit Flashlight which comes with adjustable brightness.

The smartphone comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery. The smartphone also comes with IPX2 rating which makes the device water-resistant.
