Tecno Spark 9T with 50MP triple rear camera launched in India: price, specs, where to buy
Smartphone brand Tecno has launched its latest smartphone in India, the Tecno Spark 9T. The smartphone is priced under Rs 10,000 in India, and is a follow-up to its previous Tecno Spark 9 smartphone. It comes with 4G connectivity and a 50MP main rear camera. The device will compete against offerings from the likes of Xiaomi and Realme in India, and offers a dual-texture design on the rear — with a shiny upper half that houses the rear camera module, and a striped lower section.

The Tecno Spark 9T is priced at Rs 9,299 in India for its sole 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, which the company says is introductory pricing. The device will sell on Amazon India from August 6th.
Key specifications
The Tecno Spark 9T is powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 entry-level SoC, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The company said in its launch release that the smartphone has a Memory Fusion feature, using which up to 3GB of virtual RAM can be added on to tackle intensive tasks. Buyers will also be able to add to its 64GB internal storage, limited by today’s parameters, through a dedicated microSD memory card slot that can support up to 512GB memory cards.
The device has a 6.6-inch full HD+ display with a waterdrop notch, but comes with 60Hz refresh rate. To the rear, it gets a 50MP triple rear camera, but the resolution of the two additional rear camera units are not known as yet. The rear camera comes with AI-based enhancements, a portrait mode, a dedicated night mode, and full HD slow motion video capture features. To the front, the smartphone features an 8MP selfie camera with ‘dual front flash’ — which is likely to be a screen flash feature.
The entire setup is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, with 18W fast charging speed as well.
