Ryan Haines / Android Authority

The Amazon Prime Early Access Sale has dropped many of the best smartphones on the market to new low prices, and you still have a few hours to take full advantage of these deals. If you name a flagship phone, then the chances are that it’s on offer, but some deals are better than others. We’ve picked out the five most impressive smartphone deals the sales event has produced.

Remember that you’ll need to have an Amazon Prime account to get the benefit of these offers. If you’re not yet a member, then you can sign up for a free 30-day trial here and then cancel it before you’re charged anything.

Google Pixel 6a for $329

There are great deals on all of the most recent Google Pixel phones in the sale, but the standout for us is the price drop on the Pixel 6a. Already the affordable face of Pixel, the Prime savings give you the chance to pick it up for just $329 ($120 off).

There’s a lot to like about the Google Pixel 6a. It falls right in the sweet spot for one-handed use with its 6.1-inch OLED display, but it keeps the Pixel 6 design traits and overall build quality we’ve come to love. The Pixel 6a even incorporates Google’s in-house Tensor chip for the first time. And while it does struggle with sustained performance due to some overheating issues, it’s still a nice kick over the mid-range Snapdragon offerings of past budget Pixels.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus for $739.99

It’s not one of the newest phones on our list, but it’s a fan favorite, and it’s at a price previously not seen on the model. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus is on offer for just $739.99 ($260 off) until midnight.

The Galaxy S22 Plus isn’t the Ultra model, but it’s every bit a premium device and outperforms its siblings in some key areas. The excellent display, top-notch performance, and powerful camera package make it the top Android phone to beat for those who don’t need a stylus.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 for $1,389.99

The second Samsung on our smartphone deals list is the recently introduced Rolls Royce of foldables. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 has once again upped the bar in terms of what foldable phones can be, and at $1,389.99 ($410 off) in the sale, it’s never been more affordable.

With a retooled, flagship-grade camera setup and a matured software experience, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 reclaims its spot as the most innovative ultra-premium smartphone available to the world at large.

OnePlus 10 Pro for $649.99

OnePlus 10 Pro review revisited top down focus on camera

This isn’t the best OnePlus flagship ever released, owing to a disappointing ultrawide camera and lack of an IP rating for unlocked devices. However, it’s certainly a more palatable purchase at $649.99 ($150 off). You’re still getting a lot of phone though, such as flagship silicon, a 5,000mAh battery, 65W wired charging, fast wireless charging, and a great QHD+ screen.

Moto G Power 2021 for $142.99

It’s not the most powerful Motorola, and it’s not even the most recent G Power, but the Moto G Power 2021 represents the best value for money in terms of Prime savings in our eyes, hitting its best-ever price of $142.99 ($107 off) in the sale.

This is a great option for phone shoppers on a budget. Its 5,000mAh battery packs enough juice to keep you going for more than a day at a time, and the 15W charging means you won’t spend too long at an outlet. The Snapdragon 662 offers enough punch to bounce between apps and videos, too. Motorola’s 6.6-inch display isn’t the sharpest, and neither are the cameras without good lighting, but the pros easily outweigh the cons.
