The Family Man Season 3 is one of the most anticipated web series of 2023. The third instalment of the superhit Amazon Prime Video Hindi series will see Manoj Bajpayee reprising his role as Srikant Tiwari as he hilariously deals with his family while managing his full-time job as an undercover cop who takes on terrorists in the day. The Family Man Season 3 release date

Lead actor Manoj Bajpayee recently shared a video on his social media that seemed like a hint for Season 3. “Hello. Kaise hain aap sab? Meri baat gaur se suniye. Iss Holi, aapki family ke liye aa raha hoon, apni family lekar. Stay tuned,” he is heard saying in the short video. This might have meant that The Family Man Season 3 will release around Holi, which falls on March 8th. But, the teaser was for his upcoming Disney Plus Hotstar film, Gulmohar, which is also about a family, Bajpayee later confirmed.

This means that we might have to wait for The Family Man Season 3 slightly more. The first season of the show came out in September 2019 and the second one in June 2021, suggesting the next few months could definitely have The Family Man Season 3 release date.

In terms of cast, The Family Man Season 3 is expected to reprise the lead actors in their original roles. You have Manoj Bajpayee as undercover cop Srikant Tiwari, Sharib Hashmi as the sidekick JK Talpade, Priyamani as Srikant’s wife Suchitra Tiwari, Ashlesha Thakur as Dhriti, Vedant Sinha as Atharv, and Sharad Kelkar as Arvind. 

Apart from that, we can expect actors like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Sunny Hinduja, and more to likely be out of this season as other actors come in for supporting and villainous roles. Dalip Tahil might just be back to reprise his role as Kulkarni in the upcoming season. Neeraj Madhav as Moosa might also be back, but there is no confirmation on the same.

The plot of The Family Man Season 3 will revolve around the COVID-19 pandemic and China’s role in it, as confirmed in the post-credit scene of the last episode of Season 2. It will be a unique kind of defence against an unknown and invisible terrorist this time, contrary to the last two seasons. Furthermore, it will be interesting to see how Srikant Tiwari deals with his family issues, as all of them will now be stuck at home in the lockdown. Chaos will ensue, which is for sure. And, hilarious sequences will also ensue, which is guaranteed too.

In Season 2, Tiwari has left the TASC but is recalled and tasked with yet another national security conspiracy by foreign forces as he finds himself stopping a mysterious rogue organisation that is planning a massive attack on India. Yet again, he must navigate a complicated web of political, personal, and professional relationships with family, co-workers, and terrorists to uncover the truth behind the organisation and prevent the attack.

Throughout the season, Tiwari is forced to confront his past mistakes. It provides a deeper look into Tiwari’s life and its struggles. The season also explores the lives and motivations of other characters, including Tiwari’s wife and colleagues, as well as the terrorists he is pursuing.

The season builds to a dramatic conclusion, now the style of the Web series, as Tiwari faces off against the rogue organisation. He has to make a choice that will affect his family and the country alike.
