More than two months after their official reveal at Google I/O 2022, the Google Pixel 6a and Google Pixel Buds Pro preorders are now live in several European Union countries as well as the UK, and the US is promptly to follow at 10AM Pacific Time as July 21 turned out to be the official Pixel 6a preorder date indeed.
The Google Pixel 6a is set to be one of the biggest releases in the mid-range smartphone market segment when it is launched on July 28, and expectations are naturally high. Hence, ordinary users and tech enthusiasts alike cannot wait to get their hands on the Pixel 6a and, thankfully, you can preorder this baby straight on Amazon in Google’s official Chalk, Charcoal and the face greenish Sage hue colors.
There is a lot of difference (one year worth of difference to be precise) between the processors at the heart of the two Pixel 6a and the upcoming Pixel 7 duo. While both are in fact Tensor chipsets, the Pixel 6a will have the original Tensor, which made its debut with last year’s Pixel 6, while the Pixel 7 will house the SoC’s successor – the upcoming Tensor v2.
