The Last of Us Part 1 Remake PS5 features and gameplay enhancements revealed

The Last of Us Part 1 can offer native 4K gameplay at 30 FPS or dynamic 4K gameplay at 60 FPS on compatible monitors. The DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers will also improve the gameplay experience. Along with these, the game features 3D audio on supported headphones and speakers. Naughty Dog has rebuilt several aspects of The Last of Us Part 1, from art direction to character models. The developer has enhanced the game with denser physics and several chipable and bumpable objects.

When The Last of Us Part 1 Remake was first announced, many fans criticized the move and called it a “cash grab.” Since then, one of the game’s animators, Robert Morrison, said, “It’s the most meticulously built and crafted project that I have ever seen or been a part of in my entire career. The highest level of care and attention to detail possible.” Morrison further added, “The price of the game is out of my control and worth is subjective to each individual. You can decide for yourself if you want it or not.” It remains to be seen how PlayStation fans respond to the game’s release. That being said, PC players might be happy after seeing the remake announcement as The Last of Us Part 1 will finally come to PC. The PC version is still under development and Naughty Dog will have an update about it soon.
