AMO Jaunty Plus pricing and availability
The AMO Jaunty Plus will sit above the vanilla AMO Jaunty with a sticker price of Rs Rs 1,10,460 (ex-showroom) and will be available for purchase from February 15th. The premium electric scooter will be available in five dual-tone colour options – red and black, grey and black, blue and black, white and black, and yellow and black. The AMO Jaunty will also come with a three-year warranty off the showroom floor and will retail via the 140 outlets that the company has across the country.
AMO Jaunty Plus design, features, specifications
The AMO Jaunty Plus has a rather inconspicuous sporty design language despite having a fair number of details to add flare to the looks and styling. The AMO Jaunty Plus carries a mini-maxi scooter stance with main lighting components upfront being mounted on the bold front apron. The handlebar panel hosts the LED positioning lights and the turn indicators.
The design flows into a sharply styled rear end with the dual-tone paint accentuating its sporty appeal. There are some graphics scattered across the body. The AMO Jaunty Plus also gets a flat floorboard design, an important design feature for Indian consumers.

There is an onboard brushless DC motor powered by a 60 V/40 Ah lithium-ion battery that delivers a claimed 120km driving range. The battery pack is supposed of dual nature, meaning that it can opt as a fixed part of a potable one. The performance figures of the electric scooter are still unknown at the moment. The battery pack charges within 4 hours.

The AMO Jaunty Plus utilises a front telescopic fork up front and gas-charged rear units. The Jaunty Plus gets dual-tone 10-inch alloys with the front end benefitting from disc brake setup while rear-end sticks to a drum unit. The AMO Jaunty Plus also gets a USB charging port, central locking, a digital instrument console, DRLs, electronically assisted braking system (E-ABS), anti-theft alarm, a side stand sensor and cruise control.
