NEW DELHI: Watchmaker Timex has added another smartwatch to its product lineup with the launch of — Timex Fit 2.0. This affordable smartwatch from Timex comes with Bluetooth calling functionality. Along with this the smartwatch also comes with a heart rate and SpO2 monitor.
Priced at Rs 5,995, the smartwatch comes in three different colour options — blue, grey and black. Timex Fit 2.0 also features a blood pressure monitor and is capable of sleep tracking.
The wearable also offers seven sports modes and you can also control music and camera remotely with the help of the smartwatch. The smartwatch from Timex claims to offer 7 days of battery backup on a single charge.
The smartwatch sports a metal frame design and comes with IP54 rating which makes it water-resistant.
Timex Fit 2.0 will compete against Fire Boltt Ring smartwatch
This new smartwatch from Timex will face tough competition from the recently launched smartwatch from Fire Boltt. Priced at Rs 4,999, the Fire Boltt Ring smartwatch also comes with Bluetooth calling functionality. The smartwatch comes with a 1.7-inch touchscreen display and metal body design. The wearable also features a blood oxygen monitor and heart rate sensor.
The smartwatch comes with customisable watch faces and also allows users to control music and camera. It comes with multiple sports modes and promises to churn out 8 days of battery backup on a single charge.
Last month, Timex launched the Helix Smartwatch 2.0 priced at Rs 3,999 in India. The Helix Smartwatch 2.0 comes with a temperature sensor, heart rate monitor, activity tracker and telemedicine feature amongst its many other features. The smartwatch features a 1.55-inch touchscreen display and comes in five colour variants — green, white, black, rose gold mesh and black mesh.
