Tokyo Paralympics Day 3: Google Doodle Champion Island Games celebrate with animated archery game – Times of India
Google is celebrating the Day 3 of Tokyo Paralympics 2020 with a special archery game. To win the game, players will have to defeat Yoichi, Samurai general and expert marksman. “Aim quickly and accurately to outscore this Samurai general and expert marksman,” Google Doodle page mentions.
Doodle Champion Island Games has a total of 7 minigames. These include sports like table tennis, rugby, running, swimming, and climbing. Main character of the game is Lucky, the ninja cat. Participants in the game take up the role of Lucky.
Google reintroduced its Doodle Champion Island Games on August 24. “Welcome back to the Doodle Champion Island Games! Over the coming weeks, re-join calico (c)athlete Lucky as she explores Doodle Champion Island even further: a world filled with seven sport mini-games, legendary opponents, dozens of daring side quests, and a few new (and old ;)) friends”, the Google Doodle page reads.
For the new edition, Google has made some changes to the Champion Island Games. It allows users to collect scrolls in the game. The game also comes with bonus levels and side quests this time.
“What’s different this time around? Look out for bonus levels and brand new side quests! If you’re one of the chosen few who collects every scroll, you can even see what’s next for our favorite felin”, Google says.
