Benchmarks help us get a rough idea of the smartphone’s performance. For many, benchmark scores are actually one of the deciding factors when buying a new smartphone. With so many smartphones launching every other day, it could be overwhelming to decide which smartphone would be a better pick than the other. The AnTuTu benchmark helps judge the performance one can expect from the smartphone. Today, we’ll look at the top 10 most powerful Android phones as per AnTuTu in March 2022.
1. Xiaomi 12 Pro – 9,81,496
January’s top runner, Xiaomi 12 Pro, secures the top position on Antutu March 2022 list again. Last month, this device was sitting in the second position of the top 10 AnTuTu phone list with a score of 9,93,203.
2. Motorola Edge 30 Pro – 9,78,019
Next in the line is Motorola Edge 30 Pro bagging the second position with an AnTuTu score of 9,78,019. The smartphone has climbed one step from the February list, where it was in the third position with a score of 9,74,272. The Motorola Edge 30 Pro flaunts a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
3. Realme GT 2 Pro – 9,70,727

4. Xiaomi 12 – 9,51,845
The Xiaomi 12 Pro’s sibling, the Xiaomi 12, with a 9,51,845 score, comfortably sits in the fourth position on today’s list. The device boasts Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, a combination that no doubt helps it attain its high score.
5. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Snapdragon) – 9,34,881
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ulta with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset has fallen down a step from last month’s fourth position with a score of 9,38,502. It’s worth mentioning that it’s the 12GB and 1TB storage unit of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the most powerful flagship offering from Samsung, that secured the position.
6. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Exynos) – 9,19,689
Following the Snapdragon-powered Galaxy SS Ultra sibling’s footsteps, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with Exynos 2200 processor, 12GB RAM and 512GB storage has made its place on the list. The difference in scores as compared to its Snapdragon counterpart is marginal, indicating how powerful the Exynos chipset is.
7. Samsung Galaxy S22+ (Snapdragon) – 9,04,778
The Samsung Galaxy S22 family’s Galaxy S22+ with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and 8GB/256GB storage made it to the AnTuTu list bagging the seventh position with a 9,04,778 score. The Exynos 2200-powered Samsung Galaxy S22+ has obtained the eighth position on the AnTuTu list with an 8,85,440 score. The Exynos 2200 Samsung Galaxy S22+ seems to offer almost the same power as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Samsung Galaxy S22+, which led it to this position.
9. OPPO Find X5 Pro – 8,62,584
OPPO Find X5 Pro, globally launched at the MWC 2022, comes loaded with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, Adreno 730, 12GB RAM, 5,000mAh battery, and 256GB UFS 3.1 fast storage. The Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 skin runs on it. The phone sits at the ninth position on the current AnTuTu list with a score of a whopping 8,62,584.
10. Samsung Galaxy S22 (Exynos) – 8,49,583
Samsung Galaxy S22 Exynos unit secures the tenth position. This seems a bit surprising since the Exynos 2200 powered-Galaxy S22 beats the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered Galaxy S22 that sits at the fifteenth slot.
