Truecaller launches Family Plan: Who is the ‘free’ plan for, what it offers and more – Times of India
Truecaller Premium offers multiple benefits which include no ads, who viewed my profile, advanced spam blocking, unlimited contact requests, incognito mode, announce calls and ghost calls. Truecaller Premium users can now choose four people as their family who will then enjoy the perks of Premium in one subscription. The company is also not charging anything extra for the family plan.

The Truecaller family plan is presently available only on Android. However, the Android Premium Family owners are allowed to add iOS users in the Family plan. The new Truecaller plan is available for its users across the globe, except for the United States.
Presently, Truecaller offers two types of paid services for its users. The company offers a Rs 549 annual plan called Premium Connect and the Premium Gold annual plan priced at Rs 4,999.
Recently, Truecaller launched a digital directory for the Indian government. Available on both Apple iOS and Android platforms, the digital directory includes public helplines of state and central government services, embassies, police departments, hospitals and more. The service is currently available across 23 states and union territories. This digital directory feature is available for free.
Earlier this year, Truecaller introduced a new urgent messages feature. The feature enables you to get the receiver’s attention for critical or time-sensitive messages with a custom notification. The urgent message will pop up on the recipient’s screen with high visibility, even if another app is open, and will not disappear until the recipient reads it.
