Twitter is reportedly working on another new badge, Super Follows – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Earlier this year, an online report revealed that Twitter is working on a feature called Super Follows which will enable users to charge followers and offer them extra content. Now, app researcher, Jane Manchun Wong has tweeted the screenshots revealing the look of this new paid feature from Twitter.
According to Wong, the new Super Follows feature will be limited to Twitter users who at least have 10,000 followers and have posted 25 tweets within the past 30 days and are 18 years old. Wong has also revealed a list of content categories that will be used by Super Follows users to choose from to describe their content. The list includes categories like adult content, OnlyFans, Facebook, Substack, Patreon, Twitch and YouTube.

So, now there are chances that Twitter may soon start rolling out the Super Follows feature.
Another online report suggested that the Super Follows users will be charged $4.99 per month as users will get access to exclusive content.
Twitter might also reportedly show a cash button for tipping, a feature that’s been named Tip Jar. Upon activating the Tip Jar feature, its icon will appear next to the Follow button on the profile page of the user. Tap the icon and a list of payment services or platforms that have been enabled in the account will open.
As per Twitter, you can “Select whichever payment service or platform you prefer and you’ll be taken off Twitter to the selected app where you can show your support in the amount you choose.
Recently, Twitter started rolling out its new verification application process and reviewing public applications for verification, popularly called Blue ticks. The company claims that the new blue tick mechanism rollout marks the next milestone in its plans to give more transparency, credibility and clarity to verification on Twitter.
