NEW DELHI: Vivo is all set to join the bandwagon of foldable smartphones as the company is gearing up to launch one. After multiple teasers, Vivo has now confirmed the launch of its first foldable smartphone — Vivo X Fold. The smartphone maker has confirmed that it will launch the Vivo X Fold on April 11 in China.
Vivo X Fold
The invite shared by Vivo mentions that the X Fold will bring foldable screen 2.0 era. The first foldable smartphone of the company is said to sport an 8-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is said to feature UTG glass on the inside. The foldable smartphone is tipped to come with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Vivo X Fold is expected to be backed by a 4,600 mAh battery and 80W fast charging support. Rumours also suggest that the Vivo X Fold is said to come with Zeiss optics and a triple rear camera.
Vivo X Note
Along with the foldable smartphone, Vivo is also said to launch the Vivo X Note and Vivo Pad at the same event. The big screen Vivo X Note smartphone is said to come with a 7-inch 2K display. The display on the Vivo X Note is expected to offer 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone is rumoured to come equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Vivo X Note is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The upcoming Vivo smartphone is tipped to be backed by a 5000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
Vivo Pad tablet
Vivo is all set to launch its first Android tablet. Likely to be called Vivo Pad, the tablet is said to feature a 120Hz LCD screen and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. The upcoming Android tablet is said to be backed by a 7860mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
The device is said to house a dual rear camera and quad speakers. The device is said to come with keyboard dock support and is said to run OriginOS.
