Vivo V27 Pro specifications revealed via Geekbench ahead of launch

Vivo will launch its Vivo V27 series of smartphones in India on March 1st, 2023. The Vivo V27 lineup will include three devices – the standard Vivo V27, Vivo V27 Pro, and Vivo V27e, which might launch in the country at a later stage. For now, let’s focus on the top-of-the-line Vivo V27 Pro, as the device has been spotted on the Geekbench database website ahead of launch. The Geekbench listing reveals some key specifications of the Vivo V27 Pro, including its processor, RAM capacity, and the Android version it will run. Let’s take a look.

As seen in the Geekbench database listing image above (spotted by MySmartPrice), the Vivo V27 Pro (with the model number Vivo V2230) has managed to score 1,003 in the single-core test and 3,936 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing suggests that the Vivo V27 Pro will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, which will be paired with 8GB RAM and, in all likelihood, up to 256GB storage. Lastly, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Vivo V27 Pro will boot the latest Android 13 OS out of the box.

The Vivo V27 Pro is tipped to feature a 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED panel with a centrally-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. At the back, the device will feature a triple rear camera setup with OIS support. The device will feature a colour changing rear panel. Under the hood, the Vivo V27 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, which might be coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Coming to the battery of the device, the Vivo V27 Pro is said to feature a 4,500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. Lastly, the device will boot Android 13-based FunTouchOS 13 skin out of the box.
