It is rumoured that the series will comprise three smartphones – Vivo X80, Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 Pro+. Although it is not yet clear which device is shown in the teaser video, reports suggest that it is top of the line Vivo X80 Pro+.
The smartphone seen in the Vivo X80 teaser video gets a huge camera module and the rear design that is similar to newly launched foldable smartphone, Vivo X Note. The camera module mounts a quad-lens setup along with an LED flash. The smartphone sports orange colour and also gets a Carl Zeiss logo. At the front, the display gets a centrally aligned punch hole camera for selfies and video calls.
If previous reports are to be believed, the quad-lens setup in the Vivo X80 Pro+ may feature a 50MP GN1 primary sensor, a 48MP Sony IMX598-based ultra-wide sensor, a 12MP portrait sensor, and an 8MP periscope sensor. As of now, the company has not revealed any details about the India availability of the upcoming series, but it is expected that the smartphones may reach the Indian shores soon.
