Vivo X90, X90 Pro specifications
Vivo X90 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, HDR10+, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 2,800×1,260 pixels resolution. Powering the phone is the new MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset paired with Immortalis-G715, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The phone boots on Android 13-based OriginOS 3 out of the box.
As for the cameras, the Vivo X90 has triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP IMX866 primary sensor with an f/1.75 aperture, OIS, EIS, and LED flash, a 12MP portrait sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 2x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture. There is a 32MP snapper on the front with f/2.45 for selfies and video calls.

The handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 coupled with Immortalis G715 GPU, up to 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage. The handset boots on Android 13-based OriginOS 3 custom skin out of the box.
