Vivo Y3s launched with 5000mAh battery, Helio G35SoC at Rs 9,490 – Times of India

Expanding its smartphone portfolio in India, Vivo has announced its new entry-level smartphone under its Y series. Dubbed as Vivo Y3s, the smartphone features a 6.51-inch display, 5000mAh battery and runs the latest version of Android operating system.

Vivo has launched the smartphone in three colour options — Pearl White, Mint Green and Starry Blue. The smartphone comes in just one variant that includes 2GB RAM and 32GB storage and is priced at Rs 9,490. The handset will be available for purchase via the Vivo India e-store, Amazon India website, Flipkart, TataCliQ and other online and offline retails stores starting today (October 18, 2021)
At this price and the specs that Y3s comes with, it will go against the likes of Realme Narzo 30A, Poco C3, Samsung Galaxy M12 and others.
Vivo Y3s: Specifications
Vivo Y3s features a 6.51-inch Halo FullView HD+ display with 1600×720 pixels resolution. The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage.
The device comes with a single 13MP main camera sensor and a 5MP selfie shooter at the front.
Vivo Y3s is backed by a 5000mAh battery and runs FunTouch OS 11 based on Android 11 (Go edition).
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and also comes with essential sensors like Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, E-Compass, Fingerprint sensor and more.
Apart from that Vivo has also included software features like iManager that allows users to clean up space, scan for issues and more.
