Vivo Y72 5G smartphone to launch in India soon: Expected price and specifications – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Vivo is all set to expand its 5G smartphone lineup in India. The company has teased the launch of Vivo V72 5G smartphone.
The company took to Twitter to announce the launch of its latest smartphone. The company tweeted, “Powerful performance meets unique style! The power-packed #vivoY72 is launching soon! Watch this space for more. #ItsMy5GStyle.”
The company has not yet revealed the official launch date for the smartphone. However, as per various leaks and rumours the company might launch the smartphone on July 15 in India.

The smartphone is expected to come in two colour options — Dream Glow and Graphite Black. The Vivo Y72 5G is said to be priced under Rs 20,000.
Vivo has already launched the same smartphone in Thailand in March this year. It is expected that the company might launch the same variant in India as well.

Vivo Y72 5G comes with a 6.58-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2408 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTeK Dimensity 700 processor. The handset packs 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card.
Vivo Y72 5G comes with dual SIM support and runs Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of FunTouch OS. The smartphone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
Vivo Y72 5G sports a triple rear camera which consists of 64MP main sensor, 8MP secondary sensor and 2MP macro shooter. The front is home to a 16MP selfie camera.
