NEW DELHI: OnePlus Nord CE 2 is coming to India next week. Last week OnePlus teased the India launch of the OnePlus TV Y1S and Y1S Edge. Now, the smartphone maker has confirmed the launch of OnePlus Nord CE 2.

OnePlus took to Twitter to confirm the launch date of OnePlus Nord CE 2. The company tweeted a small teaser video of the upcoming smartphone, which also revealed its launch date.

As per the teaser shared by OnePlus India, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 will launch on February 17 in India. The teaser shared confirms the triple rear camera setup and a single punch-hole screen on the smartphone.

OnePlus Nord CE2 5G is said to feature a full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone is expected to come with a Fluid AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate.

The mid-range smartphone is likely to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor paired with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM. The handset is said to come in two storage variants — 128GB and 256GB.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is said to run Android 12 operating system, topped with the company’s own layer of OxygenOS 12. The dual SIM smartphone is expected to feature a triple rear camera with 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 2MP macro camera. The selfie lovers are said to get a 16MP front camera.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is expected to house a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support.

A recent online report revealed the company might price the 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant under Rs 28,000.
