WhatsApp may soon allow you to pin 5 chats

WhatsApp is said to be working on a new feature which further improves the user experience. According to an online report, the Meta-owned app may soon enable the users to pin 5 chats on top of their conversation window.
According to WABetaInfo, the Twitter account which tracks changes in WhatsApp build, the popular messaging app may soon roll out the ability to pin 5 chats. Presently, WhatsApp allows users to pin three chats on top of their conversation window.
WABetaInfo also shared a screenshot which highlights that users can now pin 5 chats at the top of their chat list. “With the number of chats increasing daily, having the option to pin more chats can help users stay more organized and focused. In addition, as more and more users are using larger screens, we believe it makes sense to support a higher limit of pinned chats to better meet their needs,” said WABetaInfo.

The Twitter account further added that the feature is presently in the developmental stage and the company may soon roll out the same on Android, iOS and desktop.
