Until now, Wordle only allowed players to use a single device at a time. For example, if players start the game on their smartphones all their progress is saved on that device. If a user “reset, lose, or replace” the device, they lose all of their progress. Once the new feature starts rolling out, Wordle users can link their NYT accounts to their Wordle accounts. This will allow players to sync their game across devices and “play toward that progress” from any device they are logged into.
Wordle multiple devices support feature availability
According to NYT, Wordle multiple devices support feature has already started rolling out. However, it may take some time to be available to all users. ”If you don’t see the option to link your account on the device where you play Wordle every day, hold on tight!
