The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core is listed for pre-order in India via e2zStore. The controller is priced at Rs 12,490, and it will be released on September 21 in the country. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core comes in white colour instead of the fully black colour scheme of Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. The Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core features adjustable tension thumb sticks, shorter hair trigger locks, and a wrap-around rubberised grip. Besides these, you can customize button mapping and save them in up to 3 profiles. You can switch up saved profiles quickly with the Profile button. The controller offers up to 40 hours of rechargeable battery life.

With most of the features being the same as the standard Elite Series 2 controller, the major difference between the standard and Core variant is the lack of additional components.  The standard Elite Series 2 wireless controller comes with components like a charging dock, 4 paddles, more thumbsticks, an extra D-pad, a USB-C cable, thumbstick adjustment tool, and a carrying case. Meanwhile, the Core variant comes with a thumbstick adjustment tool and USB-C cable only. The rest of the components need to be purchased separately if you opt for Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core.
