Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G with ultra-slim design, 33W fast charging launched: Price, specs and more – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G is official in India. Xiaomi has launched its slimmest and lightweight 5G smartphone — Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G in the country. This is the first smartphone of the company which has been launched without the Mi branding. The smartphone weighs 158 grams and is 6.18mm thin. The company has also promised to offer 3 Android software updates and 4 years of security updates to the smartphone.
The USP of the smartphone is its ultra-slim design. The smartphone comes with a new PCB design and a new battery process. It is surrounded by thin bezels on all sides and comes with anti-fingerprint frosted glass back which promises to keep fingerprints at bay.
Price and availability
Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G comes in two variants — 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB priced at Rs 26,999 and Rs 28,999 respectively. Customers can purchase the smartphone in four colour options — Diamond Dazzle, Tuscany Coral, Jazz Blue and Vinyl Black.
As part of the launch offer, Xiaomi is giving Rs 2,000 off on HDFC Bank debit and credit card and additional discount of Rs 1500 from October 2 to 7. Amazon Prime members purchasing the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G will also get free screen replacement for 6 months. The mid-range smartphone will go on sale online on Amazon and mi.com starting October 2.
Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G specifications
The smartphone comes with a 6.55-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display offers a 90Hz refresh rate and is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and runs Android 11 operating system.
Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G comes in two variants — 6GB + 64GB and 8GB+ 128GB. The mid-range smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP main camera with f/1.79 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 5MP telemacro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 20MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE comes with an IR blaster and houses a 4250mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The company claims that the smartphone can charge from 0 to 50% in just 20 minutes.
