Xiaomi 12 Lite specifications
Just like its predecessor, the Xiaomi 12 Lite ships with a Snapdragon 778G chipset under its hood. The chipset which is built on a 6nm architecture coupled with either 6GB or 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. On the display front, the handset sports a large 6.55-inch AMOLED screen that bears 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support.
The phone also has a punch hole camera cut out on the display for a 32MP auto-focus snapper for selfies and video chats. Moving on to the back side, the phone is equipped with a 108MP main shooter which is a Samsung HM2 sensor with f/1.9 aperture along with an 8MP f/2.4 ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensor. Along with that, the phone is also IP53 certified for dust and splash resistance.
On the software front, the Xiaomi 12 Lite runs on MIUI 13 on top of Android 12 out of the box with assured software updates to the next iterations of Android. Lastly, the phone gets a tad bigger battery than the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE at 4300mAh with a whopping 67W fast charging adapter in the box, just like rest of the Xiaomi 12 series phones.
Connectivity options on the Xiaomi 12 Lite include dual 4G VoLTE, dual 5G standby, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC.

Xiaomi 12 Lite has been priced at EUR 400 (~Rs 32,300) for the base 6GB + 128GB variant, EUR 450 (~Rs 36,300) for the 8GB + 128GB variant and EUR 500 (~Rs 40,300) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Xiaomi smartphone is offered in a variety of colour options namely black, pink and green.
The handset is up for pre-orders in Europe for now. There is no word on the Xiaomi 12 Lite India launch date yet.
