Xiaomi India confirms Mi Smarter Living 2022 event, expected to launch Mi Notebook, Mi Band 6 and more

Xiaomi India is soon going to hold an event in India, called Mi Smarter Living 2022. The company has announced that it will hold the event on August 26 at 12 noon. Last month, Xiaomi launched a new range of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) devices that include router (Xiaomi Mi Router AX9000), a gaming monitor ( Xiaomi Mi 2K gaming monitor), an electric scooter (Mi Electric Scooter 3), an air fryer (Mi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L), and a pair of Truly Wireless Earbuds (TWS) — Redmi Buds 3 Pro. While the company has not officially yet revealed what it plans to launch, online reports also suggest that Xiaomi’s upcoming Mi Notebook model is also going to be launched on the same day.
Mi Notebook model
Very recently, Xiaomi India’s chief business officer Raghu Reddy teased a backlit keyboard laptop. Apart from this, Mi India’s PC marketing head Karthik Murugeshan Subramani also posted an image of the yet to launch laptop. The image posted by Karthik suggests that the new Mi Notebook will come with a metallic body design.
Back in July, the company had launched Mi Notebook Pro X 15 in China as a premium offering and it is possible that Xiaomi is bringing that to India now.
The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X 15 offers a 15.6-inch 3.5K Samsung E4 OLED display, packs 16GB of RAM or 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage. It comes with the 11th-generation Intel Core i5-11300H processor or Intel Core i7-11370H processor.
Mi Band 6
The second product that has come up is Mi Band 6. It was launched in China in April earlier this year.
The Mi Band 6 has a 1.56-inch AMOLED touchscreen display. It offers 24/7 blood pressure, blood oxygen (SpO2), and heart-rate monitoring, and also sleep tracking. Buyers are expected to get up to 14 days of battery life.
