Xiaomi may soon launch Mi 11 Lite smartphone in India, hints Xiaomi India MD – Times of India

Chinese consumer technology brand Xiaomi may soon launch a new Mi-branded smartphone — the Mi 11 Lite — in the country as a tweet by Manu Kumar Jain, global VP Xiaomi and MD Xiaomi India, has hinted that.
Although Jain didn’t explicitly mention the name of the handset to be launched as the Mi 11 Lite in his tweet, however, he repeatedly mentions of the word ‘Lite’ which has led to speculation that the launch of Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite is now imminent.

To recall, the Mi 11 Lite was launched in Europe and some other markets earlier this year and this handset is available in both 4G and 5G variants so it remains to be seen which model Xiaomi brings to India.
Back in January, the Mi 11 Lite had been spotted on the BIS certification website. It was reported that the handset bears the model number M2101K9AI.
