Xiaomi to launch Android 13-based MIUI 14 in India on February 26 – Times of India

Xiaomi is all set to launch its flagship smartphone series in India. The company now confirmed that it will launch the MIUI 14 user interface on February 26. The smartphone maker will launch the Xiaomi 13 series of smartphones at the same event.
The company took to Twitter to confirm the launch of MIUI 14 in India. MIUI India tweeted, “What you seek will eventually find you. It’s almost time to say hello to #MIUI14 – ???????????? ???????????????????????? you’ve been waiting for! Join us on 27th Feb 2023 for an India-exclusive #ReadySteadySmooth experience.”

The Chinese smartphone maker has already launched the MIUI 14 in China. The company has announced that the same version will come to India along with some India-exclusive features.
MIUI 14 is based on Android 13 and it comes with ultra-small firmware. The company has also reduced the number of applications which cannot be uninstalled from the smartphone. Along with this, the smartphone maker has also added application cleaning and brought improvements in notification management.
The MIUI 14 also offers a smooth flow of information and comes with an improved power-saving mode. The upcoming MIUI 14 also offers a richer and more personalised visual experience.
Xiaomi 13 series to launch in India next week
Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch its Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone in India next week. The company will live stream the launch event on its official website and social media channels.
Already launched in China, the Xiaomi 13 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Android 13 operating system and it sports a 50MP triple rear camera. Xiaomi 13 Pro comes with IP68 rating and is backed by a 4,820 mAh battery with 120W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging support.
