According to a report by Gizmochina, the yet-to-be-launched Nubia Z50 will reportedly use a 35mm custom optical system where the light input exceeds 1-inch primary sensor. The device would also support Starry Sky Photography with different photography modes.
Although the company has not revealed the specifications of the phone, here’s what the teaser says.
The upcoming Nubia Z50 is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, announced last month.
Nubia launched the Z40S phone earlier this year. The phone has a 6.67-inch OLED display with a full HD+ resolution. The smartphone offers 144Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate and 1,000 nits of peak brightness.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 inbuilt storage.
For images, the sports a triple rear camera setup with 64 MP Sony IMX787 main sensor with f/1.6 aperture with Optical Image Stabilisation technology (OIS), a 50 MP ultra-wide sensor and an 8MP periscope telephoto sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP shooter for selfies.
In terms of software, the phone runs the company’s own MyOS 12 custom interface based on Android 12 operating system.
Nubia Z40s is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 80W or 120W fast charging support.
