OnePlus Buds Ace true wireless earbuds confirmed to launch on February 7

OnePlus is all set to unveil a slew of products at its Cloud 11 event on February 7. The event will witness the launch of OnePlus 11 and Buds 2 Pro alongside the new OnePlus 11R, OnePlus Tab, and much more. Not just this, the Chinese smartphone maker will also introduce the OnePlus Ace in its home market, China. The company will introduce the Ace 2 or the OnePlus 11R, accompanied by the new OnePlus Buds Ace.
As per a post by OnePlus on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging website, OnePlus Ace Buds will be making its way in the market on February 7.
OnePlus Buds Ace: What to expect
There is not much information about the OnePlus Buds Ace. However, the OnePlus Buds Ace is said to resemble its previous iteration– OnePlus Nord Buds.

The earbuds are said to feature a flat stem design with in-ear silicone tips, having a similar look to that of the Nord Buds. The case is also very similar to OnePlus Nord Buds. The earbuds could come with support for Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, as rumoured for the Nord Buds 2.
OnePlus Buds Ace are confirmed to feature a dedicated dynamic wave bass system that intends to amplify bass sound. The TWS earbuds are expected to offer deep noise reduction through a dual-core noise reduction chip in order to provide active noise cancellation (ANC). The Chinese manufacturer also claimed that the earbuds will offer a battery life of up to 36 hours with the charging case included.
As per a listing on JD.com, the OnePlus Buds Ace will offer noise cancellation with ‘deep noise reduction.’
OnePlus Ace 2: Expected specifications
Reports suggest that the OnePlus Ace 2 will feature a 50MP main sensor which is likely to resemble its previous iteration–OnePlus Ace–which houses a 50MP primary sensor.
The Oneplus Ace 2 is likely to sport a 6.7-inch 1.5K Fluid AMOLED display that may have a refresh rate of 120Hz. The upcoming device is also speculated to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
As per the rumours, the smartphone could come in three RAM options —- 8GB/12GB/16GB. In addition to this, it is likely to offer two storage options of 128GB and 256GB.

Further, the OnePlus Ace 2 is said to house a triple rear camera setup that may comprise a 50MP (Sony IMX890 sensor) primary camera, an 8MP ultra wide angle lens, and a 2MP shooter. The device might also house a 16MP front snapper for selfies and video calls.
The upcoming OnePlus smartphone is expected to run Android 13 operating system based on OxygenOS 13. OnePlus Ace 2 is also rumoured to pack a 5,000mAh battery unit that may support 100W of fast charging.
