Redmi has expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new device that comes with a stylus and allows users to write, draw and take notes on it. The device in question is the new Redmi Writing Pad which features an 8.5-inch Polymer LCD display and supports stylus input.
Redmi Writing Pad is a digital ‘slate’ that, according to the company uses an electrophoretic display that allows users to write on the screen using the stylus. It is compact and lightweight at 90 grams and also comes with a screen cover to make it easy to carry.

The Redmi Writing Pad comes with an 8.5-inch LCD display with stylus support. It also includes a dedicated button at the bottom to clear the written note in just a click. The digital notepad is powered by a button cell which claims to offer 20000 pages of write-up on a single battery.
Apart from that, there’s a lock button that allows users to lock the pad to store the written note and also to prevent it from getting erased accidentally.
Apart from that, the Redmi Writing Pad will also help reduce paper waste and carbon waste associated with it.
